Tariq H. Malik is a Professor of interdisciplinary studies at Liaoning University, and is the founding director of a research centre in China, Singapore and the UK. He received his PhD from the University of London, UK. He has received multiple awards as a scholar, and has found human capital development sclerosis in the world in general and in China in particular. He is a creative writer who proports that the sciences alone do not solve the socio-economic problems of world; it is the combination of the arts that complement the sciences.

Maryse has worked with entrepreneurs, and leaders in the Aerospace, Financial and Banking sectors. 

Dr Matta also lectures in various business schools such as NEOMA, EM Normandy and Skema. Maryse is a certified coach and holds a Phd from NEOMA Business School. Ian is a mechanical engineer and has worked in the UK and Austria in leadership positions in exhibition contracting and packaging printing companies.

Ian has been very successful in bringing collaboration into the competitive specialist areas of sustainability and technical team control within the live event and exhibition contracting sectors.

Ian specialises in understanding team behaviours in time-critical environments, and the application of sound judgement through continuous situational assessment.

This combination of knowledge, skill and expertise makes him one of the most sought after consultants in the exhibition sector, especially as he has connected comprehensively with most of the contracting companies across the UK.

Ian provides mentoring support and technical/commercial guidance to many young people starting out in the UK exhibition sector, and speaks passionately of the ‘energy transaction’ that is facilitated through live events.

Dr Devaguptapu Naga Venkatesh is the Dean and Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Goa Institute of Management (GIM).  With nearly 30 years of experience in the HR domain, he has held leadership roles across various sectors, including logistics, banking, IT/ITES, and social sectors, managing workforces exceeding 10,000 employees globally.  

At GIM, Dr. Venkatesh is instrumental in designing and delivering courses for PGDM and EMBA students, focusing on areas such as HRM, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Organization Structure & Design, HR Analytics, and Performance Management.  He also leads management development and entrepreneurship development programs for working executives and provides HR consulting services nationwide.  

An accomplished author, Dr. Venkatesh has published close to 50 research and strategy papers and has authored two editions of a book on Human Resources Management published by Oxford University Press.  His vision for the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) was incorporated into the 'RBI Financial Sector Vision 2020'.  

Beyond academia, he actively engages with industry bodies such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), where he serves on the HR Subcommittee for the Western Region, and the Goa Management Association (GMA), contributing to skilling initiatives for SMEs across multiple states.  

Dr. Venkatesh's extensive experience and contributions make him a prominent figure in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour in India.

                                                    Wardah Qureshi (MD, MBA, PhD) is a Human capital expert with 19 years of professional experience. Dr. Qureshi is a multifaceted professional with a rich background in medicine, management, and social work. She holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Further enhancing her expertise, she pursued a Master of Business with a specialisation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Univeristy of Wollongong in Dubai. Recently, she has completed PhD in Management at ISM University of Management and Economics, focusing on healthcare human capital and emerging technologies. Dr Qureshi is a seasoned medical practitioner with extensive experience in healthcare trainings, Patient experience and Quality improvement.
