Tariq H. Malik is a Professor of interdisciplinary studies at Liaoning University, and is the founding director of a research centre in China, Singapore and the UK. He received his PhD from the University of London, UK. He has received multiple awards as a scholar, and has found human capital development sclerosis in the world in general and in China in particular. He is a creative writer who proports that the sciences alone do not solve the socio-economic problems of world; it is the combination of the arts that complement the sciences.

Maryse has worked with entrepreneurs, and leaders in the Aerospace, Financial and Banking sectors. 

Dr Matta also lectures in various business schools such as NEOMA, EM Normandy and Skema. Maryse is a certified coach and holds a Phd from NEOMA Business School. Moving seamlessly across 3 distinct cultures, (Canada, Egypt, France) Maryse developed a cross cultural sensitivity and learned the value of applying adaptability and resourcefulness to any challenge. Her areas of expertise are intercultural management, leadership development, focusing on servant leadership and ethics of care, and individual self-development to support current leaders and groom the next generation. She believes that our responsibility is to become the best version of ourselves and elevate others to fulfil our purpose individually and collectively.

Initially a degree-trained 3D designer, Andy has lived and breathed the exhibition & event sector for many years, having held positions at various industry specialists including Silver Knight, Sovereign, GES & Human Built. His current role as Head of Sales at Tecna, sees him fuse design, sales & sustainability in an exciting events world that demands more creative innovation than ever before.

Andy is currently an ESSA board director (Event Suppler & Services Association), the membership body that represents 350+ companies in every facet of the sector. He was one of the first mentors in the newly formed ESSA Mentoring initiative. He holds the Vice Chair position in its Sustainability Working Group, alongside other activity in the Future Focus, Events, Sales, eGuide Advisory and Counter Terrorism working groups.

Andy has been a keen speaker & contributor of NEC Events Week for over 10 years, with a proven passion for encouraging new talent into the event sector.

He is involved in the pilot phase of the new Better Stands (Nett Zero Carbon Events) initiative, which aims to irradicate disposable/single-use exhibition stands, whilst growing the vocabulary of exhibition supply-chain sustainability.

Ian is a mechanical engineer and has worked in the UK and Austria in leadership positions in exhibition contracting and packaging printing companies.

Ian has been very successful in bringing collaboration into the competitive specialist areas of sustainability and technical team control within the live event and exhibition contracting sectors.

Ian specialises in understanding team behaviours in time-critical environments, and the application of sound judgement through continuous situational assessment.

This combination of knowledge, skill and expertise makes him one of the most sought after consultants in the exhibition sector, especially as he has connected comprehensively with most of the contracting companies across the UK.

Ian provides mentoring support and technical/commercial guidance to many young people starting out in the UK exhibition sector, and speaks passionately of the ‘energy transaction’ that is facilitated through live events.

Dr. Devaguptapu Naga Venkatesh is the Dean and Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Goa Institute of Management (GIM).  With nearly 30 years of experience in the HR domain, he has held leadership roles across various sectors, including logistics, banking, IT/ITES, and social sectors, managing workforces exceeding 10,000 employees globally.  

At GIM, Dr. Venkatesh is instrumental in designing and delivering courses for PGDM and EMBA students, focusing on areas such as HRM, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Organization Structure & Design, HR Analytics, and Performance Management.  He also leads management development and entrepreneurship development programs for working executives and provides HR consulting services nationwide.  

An accomplished author, Dr. Venkatesh has published close to 50 research and strategy papers and has authored two editions of a book on Human Resources Management published by Oxford University Press.  His vision for the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) was incorporated into the 'RBI Financial Sector Vision 2020'.  

Beyond academia, he actively engages with industry bodies such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), where he serves on the HR Subcommittee for the Western Region, and the Goa Management Association (GMA), contributing to skilling initiatives for SMEs across multiple states.  

Dr. Venkatesh's extensive experience and contributions make him a prominent figure in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour in India.

Dr. B.R. Supreeth is a distinguished educationist with over 20 years of experience in designing academic curricula, specializing in Science and Management. He holds both state and national awards for his contributions to education and employs innovative teaching techniques across various educational levels, from schools to universities.

Currently, he is the Principal of Oxford PU and Degree College in Ullal, Bangalore. He also heads the Oxford Institutions in Nagarabhavi and Ullal as the secretary of the organization. His leadership has significantly impacted student performance, particularly in competitive exams like JEE Mains and Advanced.

In addition to his administrative roles, Dr. Supreeth is a certified corporate trainer in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and frequently participates in media discussions while contributing articles to print media.

He is a founder member and Vice-President of "The Zero Waste Society of India," which focuses on sustainable practices in collaboration with industries.

Dr. Supreeth has authored several books, including award-winning titles such as " ರವಿತೇಜ - Glow of Sun" and "Cracking IIT is not a Rocket Science." His extensive bibliography includes works on Information Management, Human Resource Management, Blockchain Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security, among others. 

His commitment to educational excellence and student development is evident through his various initiatives and contributions to the academic community.
