Head of Engagement for the Darlington Economic Campus with HM Treasury. Sara's expertise is in the areas of leadership and organisational behaviour, with a particular emphasis on understanding the role of supervisory leadership in generating discretionary effort behaviours at work.

Sara was a post-doctoral research associate at Durham University Business School with an emphasis on how supervisory leadership can contribute to diversity, equality and inclusion in the public sector. 

She has worked with entrepreneurs, and leaders in the Aerospace, Financial and Banking sectors. 

Dr Matta also lectures in various business schools such as NEOMA, EM Normandy and Skema. Maryse is a certified coach and holds a Phd from NEOMA Business School. Moving seamlessly across 3 distinct cultures, (Canada, Egypt, France) Maryse developed a cross cultural sensitivity and learned the value of applying adaptability and resourcefulness to any challenge. Her areas of expertise are intercultural management, leadership development, focusing on servant leadership and ethics of care, and individual self-development to support current leaders and groom the next generation. She believes that our responsibility is to become the best version of ourselves and elevate others to fulfil our purpose individually and collectively.

Ajay Kumar Yadav earned an International MBA with Distinction and Academic Excellence Award from UK. His study was fully funded through Chevening Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Munda Scholarship. 

He has professional experience with Talent Invigoration and Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. (Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools), one of India’s premier football management companies. In his role as Centre Head, he oversaw operations and sales, while also managing responsibilities related to new centre development, stakeholder liaison, centre growth, revenue generation, player enrolment, and ensuring player safety in Delhi.

Prior to his tenure in sports management, Ajay completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Analytics with Distinction from the University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

He also served as a Business Development Manager at Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd (BYJU’s), one of the world’s leading educational technology enterprises. His responsibilities included student counselling, sales, revenue generation, and driving business development initiatives.
