THE DESIGN THINKING MINDSET

THIS PROGRAMME IS HOSTED AT GOA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (GIM)

Welcome to The Design Thinking Mindset"

This three-day programme introduces executives to the core principles of design thinking: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, and test, using a highly interactive and human-centred approach to solving complex and ill-defined problems. The course is designed to move participants from conceptual understanding to practical application, culminating in a hands-on design challenge that encourages creative problem solving in real-world contexts.

THE FUTURES FOUNDERS LAB

THIS PROGRAMME IS HOSTED AT GOA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (GIM)

Can I be an Entrepreneur?

Welcome to The Future Founders Lab – Can I Be an entrepreneur?

This three-day workshop aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset by developing the practical attitudes and skills needed to create value in real-world contexts. The programme is structured around the essential five Cs of entrepreneurship: clarity, cash flow, culture, customer delight, and communication, providing a clear and applied foundation for entrepreneurial learning.

These five themes provide the structure for the workshop and help participants understand that successful entrepreneurship is not based on ideas alone, but also on discipline, awareness of customer needs, financial understanding, and the ability to build trust and influence others.

ECONOMIC WARFARE, SANCTIONS & CORPORATE STARTEGY

THIS PROGRAMME IS HOSTED AT GOA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (GIM)

Welcome to ECONOMIC WARFARE, SANCTIONS & CORPORATE STARETGY

This three-day workshop provides executives and senior managers with a structured understanding of economic warfare and sanctions as instruments of state power in the contemporary international system. It explains how trade restrictions, financial sanctions, export controls, investment screening, and regulatory coercion are increasingly used to influence political outcomes, restrict rivals, and reshape global economic relations. Rather than treating sanctions solely as a legal or compliance issue, the programme frames them as a strategic and geopolitical force that affects competition, market access, supply chains, financing structures, and long-term corporate planning.

These five themes provide the structure for the workshop and help participants understand that successful entrepreneurship is not based on ideas alone, but also on discipline, awareness of customer needs, financial understanding, and the ability to build trust and influence others.

This course is designed for C-suite executives, board members, and international business leaders who need to understand how geopolitical risk affects corporate strategy and decision-making. It is also relevant for legal, compliance, and risk management professionals, as well as finance and treasury executives who deal with sanctions-sensitive transactions, regulatory obligations, and cross-border exposure. Supply chain and procurement managers will find particular value in the programme’s focus on disruption, sourcing risk, and operational resilience.
