MINDFUL LEADERSHIP IN THE DIGITAL HEALTH ERA, a collaborative effort between GIM, Aktivolabs and GPEC-X.
The Mindful Leadership in the Digital Health Era programme is a distinctive executive learning experience designed to help senior leaders navigate the growing intersection of workforce health, digital technology, and organisational leadership. Developed by Goa Institute of Management in partnership with Aktivo Labs, the programme combines academic rigour with practitioner insight to equip participants with the frameworks, perspective, and tools needed to make more informed leadership decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
Built for CXOs, CHROs, Heads of L&D, and senior leaders across health-adjacent industries, the programme goes beyond conventional leadership education to address a critical capability gap at the top of organisations. Participants will explore organisational health strategy, digital health literacy, and mindful leadership practice through an immersive three-day experience that blends real-world relevance, reflective learning, and practical application.
Senior leaders today are being asked to make high-stakes decisions at the intersection of workforce wellbeing, digital transformation, and organisational performance, often without a clear framework to guide them. This programme is designed to close that gap by helping participants build the strategic, analytical, and reflective capabilities needed to lead more effectively in complex and uncertain environments.
By joining this course, candidates will gain practical tools to evaluate digital health solutions, design workforce health strategies with measurable value, and strengthen their leadership presence through evidence-based mindful practices. The result is not just greater awareness, but a more coherent leadership approach that supports healthier people, smarter decisions, and more resilient organisations.

This programme guides participants through a structured learning journey,:
This programme guides participants through a structured learning journey, combining face-to-face instruction, online modules, and practical assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding and real-world application of Design Thinking principles tailored for business leaders.

Digital Health Strategy & Corporate Wellness
This module introduces participants to the digital health technology landscape, including platforms, wearables, and AI-enabled diagnostics, with a clear focus on how these tools can support corporate wellness strategy. Leaders are guided to evaluate wellness platforms through the lens of clinical evidence, data privacy, and commercial terms, so that investment decisions are grounded in strategy rather than vendor narrative. The learning also emphasizes the business case for corporate wellness, helping participants connect workforce health spending to ROI, board-level priorities, and organisational performance. This aligns with the programme’s wider emphasis on robust digital health strategy that integrates financial, organisational, human, and technological resources.
Inner Leadership Reset & Self-Discovery
This part of the journey creates space for leaders to step back from operational pressure and reconnect with their own leadership patterns, values, and sources of energy. It includes AI-enabled digital biomarker measurements, breathwork and nervous system reset techniques, and deep reflective work on identity and leadership narratives. Guided self-inquiry and structured peer dialogue help participants translate inward awareness into greater clarity, steadiness, and self-understanding. The intent is to strengthen leadership from the inside out, so that mindfulness becomes an applied practice rather than a passing wellness idea.
Integration & Leadership Blueprint
The final day is designed to convert insight into action by helping participants bring together digital health thinking, mindful leadership, and organisational application. They work on personal leadership rituals, energy management, and digital wellness integration frameworks that can be used for teams and organisations. The session also includes post-programme biomarker measurements and the development of an individual leadership blueprint alongside an organisational wellness strategy. In effect, this stage turns the programme’s three pillars into a coherent plan for leadership practice and workplace impact.
Toolkit, follow-up & structured support
After the in-person experience, participants receive a practical toolkit containing frameworks, templates, and self-assessment tools to support implementation. The programme also includes structured follow-up at 30 and 90 days, reinforcing application and helping leaders sustain momentum beyond the campus experience. Participants additionally receive a personal stress, attention, and cognitive clarity report based on validated assessments, which adds a reflective evidence layer to the learning journey. This extended support is designed to help participants embed change rather than simply absorb ideas.
