Welcome to The Future Founders Lab
This three-day workshop aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset by developing the practical attitudes and skills needed to create value in real-world contexts. The programme is structured around the essential five Cs of entrepreneurship: clarity, cash flow, culture, customer delight and communication, providing a clear and applied foundation for entrepreneurial learning.
These five themes provide the structure for the workshop and help participants understand that successful entrepreneurship is not based on ideas alone, but also on discipline, awareness of customer needs, financial understanding, and the ability to build trust and influence others.
The workshop also has a strong developmental focus, with learning outcomes that combine entrepreneurial thinking with practical application. Participants will understand entrepreneurial behaviour, engage in ideation, explore networking, strengthen creativity, gain exposure to financial basics, and develop a micro-venture that can be presented persuasively through an elevator pitch. In this sense, the workshop is not only about inspiration, but also about enabling participants to move from concept to communication in a structured and engaging way.
Cs
From entrepreneurial curiosity to confident action
The Future Founders Lab offers a practical pathway from entrepreneurial curiosity to confident action. Rather than focusing on theory alone, it helps learners develop the personal qualities and applied skills needed to recognise opportunities, test assumptions and create value in real-world contexts.
Participants gain exposure to market research, financial basics, business modelling, branding, prototyping and pitching, which together support stronger decision-making and more effective venture creation. The structured blend of face-to-face learning, directed online study and practical assessment ensures that learners leave with more than inspiration; they leave with a micro-venture concept, an elevator pitch, and greater confidence in communicating and developing entrepreneurial ideas.
The course is especially valuable for learners who want to become more innovative, adaptable and opportunity-focused in changing environments. By combining self-assessment, creativity and hands-on experimentation, it helps participants see themselves as capable contributors to entrepreneurship, whether they are aspiring founders, managers, professionals or students.
What participants leave with
By the end of this immersive workshop, participants will have developed a stronger understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and the behaviours that underpin successful venture creation. They will be encouraged to think more creatively, act more proactively, and recognise how entrepreneurial mindsets can be applied to real-world opportunities and challenges.
